Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before your rental starts. While payment is only authorised, we release the hold with no charge. Cancelling on the start date or within 24 hours may incur 50% of one day's rent plus the service fee. You can read our Terms and Conditions for full cancellation details.
